Wireless Systems Solutions’ bankruptcy case converted to Chapter 7

By Sarah Lizee

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 14 – Wireless Systems Solutions, LLC’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy case was converted to Chapter 7 on Wednesday by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.

Despite receiving a number of objections to the disclosure statement and plan, the company had received conditional approval of the disclosure statement, and a plan confirmation hearing had been scheduled for Oct. 12.

However, court documents show that a Chapter 7 trustee has been appointed to the case to collect and sell the debtor’s property.

A meeting of creditors is now scheduled for Nov. 15.

The Morrisville, N.C.-based cellular network solutions company filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on March 9, 2022 under case number 22-00513.
