Crown Castle Towers to redeem series 2018-1 notes on March 15

Chicago, March 7 – Crown Castle International Corp. affiliate Crown Castle Towers LLC will prepay in full all $250 million outstanding 3.72% senior secured tower revenue notes, series 2018-1, class C-2023 on March 15, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The redemption price will be calculated in accordance with the indenture governing the notes.

Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.

Based in Houston, Crown Castle Towers has a network of over 40,000 cell towers across the United States.
