Prospect News reports two new defaults for Feb. 24-March 2

Olympia, Wash., March 4 – Prospect News reported two new defaults for the period of Feb. 24 through March 2.

Specifically, Prospect News reported Chapter 11 filings made by Eros STX Global Corp.’s FSO Jones, LLC subsidiary and BSPV-Plano, LLC.

So far in 2022, Prospect News has reported 13 defaults, including five Chapter 11 filings, three Chapter 15 filings, two missed interest payments, and one each of liquidations, bankruptcy filings, and missed interest and principal payments.

The companies that filed Chapter 11 during the week listed at least $60 million in assets and at least $150 million in liabilities.
