Voyage Digital launches $477 million term B at SOFR plus 325-350 bps

New York, March 21 – Voyage Digital (NZ) Ltd. was scheduled to hold a lender call at 4 p.m. ET on Thursday to launch a $477,301,000 senior secured covenant-lite first-lien term loan B due May 14, 2029 (Ba3/BB-) that is talked at SOFR plus 325 basis points to 350 bps with a 0.5% floor and a par issue price, according to a market source.

The term loan has 101 soft call protection for six months, 0 bps CSA and amortization of 1% per annum, the source said.

Morgan Stanley Senior Funding Inc. is the bookrunner on the deal. Global Loan Agency Servicing is the administrative agent.

Commitments/consents are due at 5 p.m. ET on Wednesday, the source added.

Proceeds will be used to reprice an existing U.S. term loan B.
