Candela investor sells 1.6 million shares, keeps 7% interest

Charlotte, N.C., Sept. 22 - Yosef Krespi reported the sale of 1.6 million shares of Candela Corp. priced at $2.55 each during September, according to a schedule 13D filed on Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Krespi beneficially owns 1.6 million shares, or 7%, of the Wayland, Mass., medical device company.
