Chicago, Nov. 22 – Argenta Spaarbank SA/NV priced €500 million of 5.375% five-year green senior non-preferred notes (BBB) on Tuesday, according to a market source.
The notes are callable at par on Nov. 29, 2026.
On the call date, or reset date, the company will reset to the one-year mid-swap rate plus the 275 basis points reoffer spread. Initial price talk was in the mid-swaps plus 300 bps area.
ABN Amro, BNP Paribas, ING and Morgan Stanley are bookrunners for the Regulation S transaction.
ING is the sole green bond structuring adviser.
Proceeds will be used to finance or refinance new or existing green loans.
The financial services company is based in Belgium and the Netherlands.
