New Issue: Argenta Spaarbank prices €600 million 1 3/8% seven-year green senior notes

Concord, N.H., Feb. 1 – Argenta Spaarbank SA/NV priced €600 million 1 3/8% seven-year green senior non-preferred notes (expected rating: BBB) at 99.88 to yield 1.396% or mid-swaps plus 110 basis points, according to a market source on Tuesday.

The notes are non-callable for six years.

ABN Amro, BNP Paribas, ING and Morgan Stanley are bookrunners of the Regulation S deal. ING is the green bond structuring adviser.

A listing on the Luxembourg exchange is expected.

The financial services company is based in Belgium and the Netherlands.
