Doha Bank unveils $2 billion euro medium-term note program

Los Angeles, Feb. 23 – Doha Finance Ltd. and Doha Bank QPSC issued a prospectus on Thursday for a new $2 billion euro medium-term note program. Doha Finance and Doha Bank will both be issuers under the program; notes issued by Doha Finance will be guaranteed by Doha Bank.

The program covers senior notes as well as subordinated notes, and securities may bear interest at fixed or floating rates. Notes may be denominated in euros, sterling, dollars, yen or other currencies.

Barclays Bank plc is the arranger.

Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Ltd., Barclays Bank, Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, HSBC Bank plc, J.P. Morgan Securities plc, Mizuho International plc, MUFG Securities EMEA plc, QNB Capital LLC and Standard Chartered Bank are the dealers.

The bank is based in Doha, Qatar.
