New Issue: Taiwan’s Kuo Toong to price NT$250 million 0.63% three-year secured bonds at par

Concord, N.H., Dec. 22 – Kuo Toong International Co. Ltd. plans to price NT$250 million of 0.63% secured corporate bonds due in three years at par, according to a regulatory notice on Wednesday.

The issue will be the company’s first of 2022.

Proceeds are intended to be used to repay bonds issued in 2019.

Bank of Taiwan Securities Co. Ltd. is the underwriter

The engineering contracting company is located in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan.
