China Aircraft Leasing publishes $3 billion medium-term note program

Chicago, Feb. 7 – CALC Bonds Ltd. published a $3 billion medium-term note program (Ba2//BB+), according to an offering document.

Any notes issued under the program will come with a guarantee from China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings Ltd.

China Everbright Bank Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch, BNP Paribas, China Citic Bank International Ltd. and Credit Agricole CIB will be the arrangers and dealers for Regulation S sales.

China Citic Bank International Ltd. will be the trustee.

Walkers (Hong Kong) and Linklaters is advising the issuer and the guarantor.

Deacons and JunHe LLP are listed as counsel for the dealers.

The aircraft leasing company is based in Hong Kong.
