Los Angeles, Nov. 17 – RGA Global Funding priced an upsized $400 million of 6% funding agreement-backed notes due Nov. 21, 2028 at a spread of 160 basis points over Treasuries on Thursday, according to a market source.
The company initially planned to price $300 million of the FA-backed notes with initial price talk in the Treasuries plus 175 bps area.
BofA Securities Inc., Credit Agricole CIB, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering.
Reinsurance Group of America, Inc., the reinsurance company, has headquarters in Chesterfield, Mo.
