New Issue: Chongqing Southern New City prices $200 million 5.45% notes due 2024

Los Angeles, Nov. 2 – China’s Chongqing Southern New City Industrial Investment Group Co., Ltd. priced $200 million of 5.45% notes due 2024 at par, according to a company announcement on Monday.

International Capital Corp. Hong Kong Securities Ltd., Orient Securities (Hong Kong) Ltd., CNCB (Hong Kong) Capital Ltd., China Zheshang Bank Co., Ltd. (Hong Kong Branch), Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) Ltd., Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. Hong Kong Branch, Luso International Banking Ltd. and Shenwan Hongyuan Securities (HK) Ltd. are the joint bookrunners and joint lead managers.

Proceeds will be used mainly for project construction, replenishment of working capital and refinancing of offshore debt.

The urban infrastructure construction company is based in Chongqing, China.
