Red River Waste names Calandra as chief restructuring officer

Chicago, April 27 – Red River Waste Solutions, LP is designating James Calandra as the chief restructuring officer, according to a certificate of service on Tuesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas.

The company worked with CRS Capstone Partners LLC for the appointment.

There will be a hearing at 3:30 p.m. ET on May 10.

The Dripping Springs, Tex.-based waste management company filed bankruptcy on Oct. 14, 2021 under Chapter 11 case number 21-42423.
