Red River Waste official committee of unsecured creditors appointed

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 28 – Red River Waste Solutions, LP’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Thursday by Region 6 U.S. trustee William T. Neary, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas.

The members are Isolina Ball, represented by Jennifer L. Hitchcock, based in Fort Wayne, Ind., Louis Roederer of Best One Kentuckiana, based in Jeffersonville, Ind., Shane Stewart of Interstate Billing Service, Inc., based in Decatur, Ala., Robert W. Chalmers of Pico Propane and Fuels, based in San Antonio, and Richard Sedory of Toter, LLC, based in Charlotte, N.C.

The Dripping Springs, Tex.-based waste management company filed bankruptcy on Oct. 14 under Chapter 11 case number 21-42423.
