Italy’s Banca Carige redeems €115 million floating-rate covered bonds

Lexington, Ky., Sept. 27 – Banca Carige SpA on Sept. 26 redeemed, canceled and delisted €115 million floating-rate covered bonds (ISIN: IT0005331290) due May 25, 2023, based on a notice.

The bonds were guaranteed by Carige Covered Bond SrL and issued under the bank’s €3 billion covered bond program (Obbligazioni Bancarie Garantite).

The bank is based in Genoa, Italy.
