AFC Gamma launches $100 million offering of senior notes due 2027

Chicago, Oct. 6 – AFC Gamma, Inc. launched an offering on Wednesday of $100 million of senior notes due 2027, according to a press release.

The notes will be distributed via Rule 144A and Regulation S.

Proceeds will be used to fund loans related to unfunded commitments to existing borrowers, to originate and participate in commercial loans to companies operating in the cannabis industry that are consistent with its investment strategy, and for working capital and other general corporate purposes.

The timing and deal terms will depend on market conditions and other factors.

West Palm Beach, Fla.-based AFC Gamma is a commercial real estate finance company.
