Rockdale Marcellus sees $1.1 million December loss from operations

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 24 – Rockdale Marcellus Holdings, LLC reported a $1.1 million loss from operations on $7.38 million of total revenues for the December period, according to its monthly operating report filed Friday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

The net loss for the period was $8.52 million.

The company reported $15.61 million of cash and cash equivalents as of Dec. 31.

Canonsburg, Pa.-based Rockdale is an independent exploration and production company with a gas-focused asset base. The company filed bankruptcy on Sept. 21 under Chapter 11 case number 21-22079.
