Three shareholder nominees elected to California Micro Devices board

Charlotte, N.C., Sept. 22 - California Micro Devices Corp. shareholders re-elected four of the company's directors and elected three Dialectic Capital Management, LLC nominees to the board at California Micro's meeting held last week.

The results are preliminary. Final voting results will be certified and announced.

According to California Micro, the candidates receiving the highest number of votes were:

• Jon S. Castor with 16,771,517 votes;

• Robert V. Dickinson with 16,743,326 votes;

• Dr. Edward C. Ross with 15,735,861 votes;

• David L. Wittrock with 15,734,039 votes;

• John Fichthorn with 11,443,266 votes;

• Kenneth Potashner with 10,829,065 votes; and

• J. Michael Gullard with 10,241,933 votes.

California Micro nominated Dickinson, who is the company's chief executive officer, as well as Castor, Ross and Wittrock.

As reported previously, Dialectic, the company's second-largest stockholder, nominated Dialectic managing member Fichthorn, Potashner and Gullard.

California Micro Devices is a Milpitas, Calif.-based maker of application-specific protection devices and display electronics devices for the mobile handset, digital consumer electronics and personal computer markets.
