Doman Building renews C$500 million revolving credit facility

Columbus, Ohio, April 30 – Doman Building Materials Group Ltd. renewed its C$500 million senior revolving credit facility with Wells Fargo Capital Finance Corp. (Canada) as agent for an additional four-year term to April 30, 2028, according to a news release.

The facility was renewed on terms and conditions generally consistent with the current facility.

Doman is a Vancouver, B.C.-based distributor of building materials.
