By Sara Rosenberg

New York, Nov. 12 – Consilio (GI Consilio Parent LLC) will hold a lender call at 2 p.m. ET on Monday to launch a fungible $370 million incremental first-lien term loan due May 2028, according to a market source.

Pricing on the incremental term loan is Libor plus 400 basis points with a 0.5% Libor floor, in line with existing first-lien term loan pricing.

Original issue discount talk on the incremental term loan is still to be determined, the source said.

The incremental term loan has 101 soft call protection through Nov. 14, 2021.

Expected term loan ratings are B2/B-.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the left lead arranger on the deal.

Commitments are due at 5 p.m. ET on Nov. 23, the source added.

Proceeds will be used to fund a tuck-in acquisition.

Consilio is a Washington, D.C.-based provider of eDiscovery and document review solutions.
