NBN offers notes due 2024, 2027 and 2032; price talk emerges

Concord, N.H., Sept. 28 – NBN Co. Ltd. plans to price three tranches of notes due 2024, 2027 and 2032, according to a market source on Tuesday.

The notes due Oct. 8, 2024 were being talked with a yield in the Treasuries plus 65 basis points area.

The notes due Jan. 8, 2027 were being talked with a yield in the Treasuries plus 87.5 bps area.

The notes due Jan. 8, 2032 were being talked with a yield in the Treasuries plus 120 bps area.

BofA, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs and HSBC are the bookrunners for the offering.

NBN operates Australia’s wholesale broadband access network and is wholly owned by the Commonwealth of Australia.
