Chicago, March 7 – ORIX Advisers, LLC sold $407 million in a collateralized loan obligation being issued by Signal Peak CLO 10, Ltd., according to press release.
The notes will mature on Jan. 24, 2035.
The CLO consists of $256 million of class A floating-rate notes, $48 million of class B floating-rate notes, $22 million of class C mezzanine deferrable floating-rate notes, $24 million of class D mezzanine deferrable floating-rate notes, $18 million of class E mezzanine deferrable floating-rate notes and $39 million of subordinated notes.
ORIX Advisers, LLC will manage the collateral through the end of the five-year reinvestment period.
Collateral for the notes consists of broadly syndicated senior secured corporate loans.
Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC was the placement agent.
ORIX is an investment adviser based out of New York.
