New Issue: GS Finance sells $8 million basket-linked notes tied to 45 stocks

Los Angeles, April 21 – GS Finance Corp. priced $8 million of 0% basket-linked notes due May 3, 2023 based on the performance of an unequally weighted basket of common stock, common shares or ordinary shares of 45 companies, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

The basket stocks are Abiomed, Inc., Air Lease Corp. , Align Technology, Inc., Alphabet Inc., Amazon.com, Inc., Ambarella, Inc., Apple Inc. , Aspen Technology, Inc., Autodesk, Inc., Avid Bioservices, Inc., Booking Holdings Inc., Chegg, Inc., CoStar Group, Inc., Crocs, Inc., Dynatrace, Inc., Etsy, Inc., Exelixis, Inc., Fortinet, Inc., Halozyme Therapeutics, Inc., Harmony Biosciences Holdings, Inc., Incyte Corp., Lattice Semiconductor Corp., Marvell Technology, Inc., Mastercard Inc., Match Group, Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc., Microsoft Corp., Monolithic Power Systems, Inc., MP Materials Corp., Neurocrine Biosciences, Inc. , Nvidia Corp., Pacira BioSciences, Inc., Palantir Technologies Inc., Paycom Software, Inc., PayPal Holdings, Inc., Pinterest, Inc., Repligen Corp., ServiceNow, Inc., SiTime Corp., StoneCo Ltd., United Therapeutics Corp., Universal Display Corp., Veeva Systems Inc., Vicor Corp., Zoom Video Communications, Inc. If the basket return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the gain. Investors will be fully exposed to any basket decline. The initial stock price of each basket stock was set on March 31.
