EP Infrastructure issues €285 million green Schuldschein

Chicago, March 5 – EP Infrastructure AS raised €285 million through green Schuldschein loan agreements, according to a press release.

The dual-tranche loan agreement incudes parts with durations of three and five years.

The floating margins will be 250 basis points and 290 bps, respectively.

Commerzbank AG was the arranger.

Proceeds will used in accordance with the company’s green finance framework.

The deal was upsized from a minimum volume of €100 million.

The Prague-based company is an energy infrastructure company operating primarily in the Slovak Republic and the Czech Republic.
