Advisors Disciplined Trust 768 registers Navellier/Dial units

San Diego, Oct. 6 - Advisors Disciplined Trust 768 has registered units of its series 37 Advisors Corporate Trust - Navellier/Dial High Income Opportunities Portfolio, according to a form S-6 amendment filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The depositor is Monument, Colo.-based Advisors Asset Management, Inc.

The trust seeks to provide high current interest income and capital preservation by investing in a portfolio consisting primarily of interest-bearing corporate debt obligations rated investment-grade quality from the following sectors: 4.74% from consumer discretionary, 4.81% from consumer staples, 25.78% from financials, 13.78% from industrials, 4.56% from information technology, 22.2% from materials, 19.59% from telecommunication services and 4.54% from utilities.

On the Oct. 6 inception date, the public offering price of each unit is $1,000, with a $966.43 principal amount of securities per unit. The estimate current return is 6.55%, and the estimated long-term return is 5.87%. Distributions are payable monthly.

The weighted average maturity of the securities is 5.26 years, and the weighted average modified duration of the securities is 4.03 years.

The fee for unit purchases is 3% for less than 100 units and decreases to 1.5% on a sliding scale based on the number of units purchased.
