Moody's gives CK Asset securities A2

Moody's Investors Service said it gave an A2 rating to the planned senior unsecured perpetual securities to be issued by Panther Ventures Ltd. and guaranteed by CK Asset Holdings Ltd.

"The A2 rating primarily reflects CKA's established market position in Hong Kong SAR, China and mainland China, which mitigates development risks and volatility associated with development revenue recognition," said Stephanie Lau, a Moody's vice president and senior credit officer, in a press release.

CKA will use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, including those of its subsidiaries.

The outlook is stable.
