Moody’s assigns A2 rating to CK Asset securities

Moody’s Investors Service said it assigned an A2 rating to the proposed senior unsecured perpetual securities to be issued by Panther Ventures Ltd. and guaranteed by CK Asset Holdings Ltd.

The A2 rating on the proposed senior perpetual securities reflects they will rank equally with all other unsubordinated and unsecured obligations of the issuer and guarantor, the agency said. CK Asset is rated A2 by Moody’s.

The proceeds will be used for the general corporate purposes of CK Assets and its subsidiaries, including redemption of outstanding perpetual securities.

The outlook is stable.
