Le Tote exclusivity extended, disclosure statement hearing continued

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 24 – Le Tote, Inc. received a 120-day extension of its exclusive periods to file and solicit votes on a Chapter 11 plan, according to a docket entry filed Tuesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

As previously reported, the company asked the court to extend the plan filing period through March 30 and the solicitation period through May 29.

Also on Tuesday, the company’s hearing on approval of its disclosure statement was continued to Dec. 10 from Nov. 24, according to separate docket entry.

New York-based Lord & Taylor, a unit of Le Tote, operates fashion stores in the United States. The company filed bankruptcy on Aug. 2 under Chapter 11 case number 20-33332.
