ESR Cayman to redeem $100 million perpetual step-up subordinated notes

Chicago, May 7 – ESR Cayman Ltd. announced that it will redeem its $100 million perpetual resettable step-up subordinated securities (ISIN: XS1627047373), according to a notice.

The notes were originally issued under the $2 billion multicurrency debt issuance program on May 31, 2017.

The notes are being redeemed at the issuer’s option on the first call date.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus any distribution accrued to the first call date.

The notes will be redeemed on June 8, the first business date after the June 7 call date.

ESR operates as a logistics real estate developer based in Hong Kong.
