Rochester Drug $13.5 million Fairfield, N.J., facility sale approved

Pittsburgh, July 20 – Rochester Drug Cooperative, Inc. obtained court approval of the $13.5 million sale of its Fairfield, N.J., distribution facility, according to an order filed Friday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of New York.

The facility will be sold to stalking horse bidder VK Acquisitions V, LLC.

The order said no qualified competing bids were received before the bid deadline.

The company is a Rochester, N.Y.-based health care distributor. It filed bankruptcy on March 12 under Chapter 11 case number 20-20230.
