Nouryon prices $3.97 billion terms loans at SOFR plus 350 bps

New York, April 29 – Nouryon completed syndication of its $3.23 billion term loan due April 2028 and $744 million term loan due April 2028 at pricing of SOFR plus 350 basis points with a 0% floor and a par issue price, according to a market source.

JPMorgan Chase Bank is the left lead on the deal that allocated on Friday.

Proceeds will be used to reprice the company’s existing $3.23 billion term loan due April 2028 and $744 million term loan due April 2028.

Nouryon is an Amsterdam-based specialty chemicals company.
