Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 19 – Conservation Fund priced $150 million of 3.474% green bonds due Dec. 15, 2029, according to a press release.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is the underwriter.
Proceeds from the green bonds will be used primarily to increase the scale of the funds “Working Forest Fund” conservation initiative.
The conservation-focused nonprofit is based in Arlington, Va.
