Buffalo, N.Y., April 22 – Jefferies Group LLC and Jefferies Group Capital Finance Inc. priced $2.79 million of 0% market-linked securities – contingent fixed return and contingent downside due April 28, 2025 linked to the stock performance of Nvidia Corp. and Advanced Micro Devices, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing stock finishes at or above its 60% threshold level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 18.1%.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performer from its initial level.

Jefferies LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the agents.
