Fitch rates Nomura notes A-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned an A- long-term rating to Nomura International Funding Pte. Ltd.'s 10-year U.S. dollar senior unsecured notes, a drawdown from its note, warrant and certificate program. The senior unsecured notes are guaranteed by Nomura Holdings, Inc., rated A- by Fitch will guarantee the notes.

The outlook is stable.
