Air Baltic holds fixed income investor calls for long five-year notes

Portland, Me., April 29 – Air Baltic Corp. AS is holding fixed income investor calls ahead of an expected €300 million equivalent offering of 5.25-year senior secured notes (expected B+/B) in either a dollar-denominated or euro-denominated tranche, according to a market source.

BNP Paribas, Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG and J.P. Morgan SE have been mandated as joint global coordinators and bookrunners.

Morgan Stanley Europe SE and SEB AB have been mandated as bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt, including the company’s 2024 senior notes, and for general corporate purposes.

Air Baltic is a Latvian-based airline.
