Sbanken Boligkreditt mandates bookrunners for €500 million green deal

Chicago, Nov. 4 – Sbanken Boligkreditt AS mandated bookrunners for a €500 million offering of green covered bonds, according to a market source.

The final deal size has been set at €500 million.

Credit Agricole CIB, DNB Markets, ING, Landesbank Baden-Wurttemberg, Nordea and UniCredit are joint bookrunners for the transaction.

Nordea is the green bond structuring adviser.

The covered bonds will be backed by Norwegian residential mortgages.

The transaction is expected to be launched in the near future subject to market conditions.

The issuer is a Bergen, Norway-based online bank.
