Advanced Magnetics at buy by Jefferies

Advanced Magnetics, Inc. was rated at buy by Jefferies & Co., Inc. analyst Adam Walsh on news that the expected ferumoxytol development timelines remain solidly on-track. The analyst believes the company's risk-reward balance tilts further towards reward. Advanced Magnetics finished enrollment in two of the four phase 3 ferumoxytol IV iron replacement therapy trials. Shares of the Cambridge, Mass.-based pharmaceutical products company were down 57 cents, or 1.56%, at $35.90. (Nasdaq: AMAG)
