S&P rates Energy Northwest bonds AA-

Standard & Poor's said it assigned an AA- rating to $667.275 million of Energy Northwest, Wash.'s refunding bonds and revenue bonds.

The issue includes $300.425 million of project 1 electric revenue refunding bonds (Bonneville Power Administration), series 2008-A and 2008-B; $288.625 million of Columbia generating station electric revenue and refunding bonds, series 2008A-C; and $78.225 million of project 3 electric revenue refunding bonds (Bonneville Power Administration), series 2008A and 2008B.

The outlook is stable.

At the same time, S&P said it affirmed the AA- ratings on Energy Northwest's electric revenue bonds and several additional nonfederal debt obligations supported by Bonneville.
