S&P corrects Resideo ratings; term loan rated BBB-

S&P said it is correcting its rating action originally released on Monday to correct the issue-level and recovery ratings of Resideo Technologies Inc.’s term loan B.

The term loan B should be rated BBB- with a 1 recovery rating, the same as S&P’s ratings on the company’s existing senior secured debt. Previously, S&P had assigned the term loan B a BB+ issue-level rating and 4 recovery rating in error.
