India’s Paisalo eyes up to Rs. 360 million non-convertible debentures

Morgantown, W.Va., Feb. 20 – Paisalo Digital Ltd. is seeking to issue up to Rs. 360 million of redeemable unlisted non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis.

The company’s board of directors will consider the proposed issuance at a meeting on Friday, according to a notice.

Formerly known as S. E. Investments Ltd., Paisalo is a New Delhi-based financial company that offers loans for micro, small and medium enterprises.
