New Issue: Hong Kong’s Jiayuan sells $67.5 million more 13¾% notes due 2022

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 24 – Jiayuan International Group Ltd. priced $67.5 million more 13¾% senior notes due 2022, according to a listing notice with the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd.

The original $225 million of notes priced in July. In December, the issuer priced a $30 million add-on to the notes.

Listing of the Regulation S notes on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd. is expected to take effect on Tuesday.

Jiayuan International is a property developer based in Hong Kong.
