Total, RBS, Xylem, ING, CoStar, Athene, Alaska Air print; Equitable Financial in pipeline

Tupelo, Miss., June 24 – Wednesday’s session had more than $6 billion of investment-grade supply, led by Total Capital International’s $1.6 billion two-part offering of guaranteed notes (Aa3/A+).

Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc came by with $1.5 billion of spit-rated reset perpetual subordinated contingent convertible additional tier 1 capital notes (Ba2/B+/BBB-).

Xylem Inc. priced $1 billion of green senior notes (Baa2/BBB/BBB) in two tranches during the session.

ING Groep NV sold $1 billion of rate reset green senior notes due July 1, 2026 (Baa1/A-/A+) on Wednesday.

CoStar Group Inc. priced a $1 billion Rule 144A and Regulation S offering of 10-year senior notes (Baa3/BB+/BBB).

Athene Global Funding placed $300 million of five-year senior secured notes (A/A) over the day.

Also, Alaska Air Group, Inc. priced $208.15 million of class B pass-through enhanced equipment trust certificates (BBB/BBB) a day after pricing $965.77 million of class A pass-through enhanced equipment trust certificates (A/A-).

Meanwhile, Equitable Holdings, Inc. subsidiary Equitable Financial Life Insurance Co. (A2/A+) held fixed income investor calls on Wednesday for an inaugural offering of notes.
