New York Global seals $500,000 private placement of stock, preferreds
Series A preferred shares will convert into 72,682.814 common shares

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 3 – New York Global Innovations Inc. completed a $500,000 private placement of stock and series A convertible preferred stock with a single investor on Aug. 2, according to an 8-K filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The preferreds convert to 72,682.814 common shares.
The shell company is based in New York.
