New Issue: Russia’s ABH sells €350 million 2.7% three-year notes

Chicago, June 8 – ABH Financial Ltd., a financing vehicle of Alfa Holding Issuance plc, sold €350 million of 2.7% loan participation notes (BB-), according to a press release.

The deal was initially talked in the 3% area.

Demand was above €800 million from 64 institutional investors and followed a local currency offering two weeks previous for RUB 10 billion.

Bookrunners were Alfa Bank, JPMorgan and UBS for the Regulation S offering.

Alfa-Bank is the largest universal private bank in Russia.
