Loeb Partners' stake in Bell Industries falls below 5%

Charlotte, N.C., April 23 - Investors led by Loeb Partners Corp. sold 448,179 shares of Bell Industries, Inc. stock between Feb. 22 and April 21 priced from $0.123 to $0.80 each, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The investors beneficially own 399,432 shares, or 4.62%, of the Indianapolis-based provider of managed technology lifecycle services.

In October, Loeb reported a 10.21% stake in Bell Industries.
