Loeb sells shares, reports 10.2% stake in Bell Industries

Charlotte, N.C., Oct. 3 - Investors led by Loeb Partners Corp. sold 95,271 shares of Bell Industries, Inc. stock between Aug. 20 and Sept. 27 priced from $2.08 to $2.27 each, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The reporting persons own 882,811 shares, or 10.21%, of the Indianapolis-based provider of managed technology lifecycle services.

Loeb intends to review its investment in Bell on a continuing basis and may engage in discussions with management or the board of directors about the business and future plans of the company, the filing stated.
