Moody's rates ER-Telecom B3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a B3 corporate family and probability of default ratings to CJSC ER-Telecom Holding.

This is the first time that Moody's has rated the company.

The outlook is stable.

The ratings are supported by the company's viable business profile and its successful track record of geographic expansion and growth, Moody's said.

The rating also considers the risks associated with the company's currently underfunded ambitious investment program, the strengthening competition in the broadband sector and uncertainties related to the economic environment, the agency said.
