New Issue: Thailand’s Oishi Group sells 1 billion baht of 2.2% three-year bonds

Morgantown, W.Va., July 6 – Oishi Group PCL issued 1 billion baht of 2.2% three-year debentures at par on Wednesday, according to a notice with the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

Krungthai Bank PCL is the underwriter.

The company obtained authorization in April 2012 to issue up to 3 billion baht of debentures and has since issued two tranches of debentures totaling 2 billion baht.

Proceeds from the latest tranche will be used to finance Oishi’s investment plans and for working capital.

The restaurant and bakery operator is based in Bangkok.
