New Issue: Lawrenceville Building Authority, Ga., prices $56.74 million of bonds

New York, Aug. 21 – The Lawrenceville Building Authority of Georgia sold $56.74 million of series 2015 revenue bonds, according to a pricing sheet. The deal was upsized form $55,335,000.
The bonds (Aa3/AA-/) were sold through Raymond James/Morgan Keegan.
The bonds are due 2016 to 2035 with 2% to 5% coupons and yields from 0.45% to 3.4%.
Proceeds will be used to finance capital projects for the City of Lawrenceville.
