JPMorgan plans six-year protected notes linked to Efficiente Plus 5

Chicago, June 9 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% notes due June 30, 2021 linked to the J.P. Morgan Efficiente Plus 5 Index (Net ER), according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus at least 150% of any index gain, with the exact participation rate to be set at pricing.
If the index falls, the payout will be par.
The index level reflects the deduction of a fee of 0.85% per year that accrues daily.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on June 25 and settle on June 30.
The Cusip number is 48125UWW8.
